Good news. The Dow Jones released its S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index for April 2016, and the results indicate that home prices are still rising, with no sign of slowing down anytime soon. You can see that hasn’t affected the number of homes on the market – supply is still inflating as we’re seeing more and more “For Sale” signs in the area!
