I have many years in sales and marketing, hiring and firing. So I have the experience to recognize those traits. With it’s multiple regulations and financial hurdles, throw in the human personality and buying and selling real-estate can be sticky at best. It’s the true professional that can guide you through the needle when things become difficult. Example: I needed to sell my property before I could purchase another. My purchase depended on a very short time line as the seller was eager for his money. My buyer was advised by his agent that his financing institution was suspect in handling lease property on the beach.
